Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or modification
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn or tried on cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Wigs that have been used or altered
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at yuezhong514@outlook.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for return
- Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
